Is this OK ?

A GM called <Snip!> contacted me today, it was like a usual GM but then he started to spell more and more words wrong and i was not able to understand what he wrote. He told me: There has been money taken from your credit card, that's why your faction change is stuck,
Later on during the chat he said:
There hasn't been any money taken from your credit card, that's why your faction change is stuck. All this made me think, is this realy a GM since all the GMs i've been in contact with have been perfect and very helpful. Character services involves alot of money and when a GM makes me confused whether i've payed any money or not. I'd like to hear what you people think, is this OK, have you spoken to him/her, i've been considering to call Blizzard about it.
