API Registration Key

I know that the Blizzard Community Platform API has been put on the back burner for other projects (D3, MoP), BUT does that mean API keys are no longer being given out? I have sent a request from 3 different emails now, over several months and have received no response on any of them. The first request was probably sent 8 months ago...

It would be nice to get a firm answer as to WHY I haven't gotten a response, or what I need to do exactly to get a key.

I feel like the project I am working on would be pretty beneficial to the community, or at least something the community would like and use.

I've just been heads down on other projects. I think we'll have someone else able to take over some of the day-to-day community tasks in the near future.
