Blizzard is Racist.

Saw in trade " ***** is a newly formed Dutch guild recruiting DUTCH members only to get them all together" , So i questioned a GM to ask him if it was racist or not and he said it wasn't against the rules.
I then said in trade LFM ***** g@y people only , i then received a warning on my account???? (I'm actually g@y) so wth?
I then said how is Dutch thing different and how is it different from me making a guild saying "LFM White people only"?
Granted they can speak Dutch together, but a guild with only g@y people in it would be alot nicer for me , yet i get a warning for it-WTH?
