Can you report a guy for not paying you back?

I loaned this guy 1kg being the nice guy that I am and now whenever I ask him about it he acts afk even though i see him moving and running around. Was wondering if I was able to report him for not paying me back.

Well, theoretically you can report anyone - for anything.

Now, whether that report will bear fruit is another matter.

Loans are completely and totally unsupported transactions. A petition will not result in any action against the player - nor you getting your gold back. We simply are not enforcers of private contracts/agreements of that nature. Sorry.
