Annual Pass - Sell my copy of D3?

So like an idiot I signed up for the annual pass.

After following the info on D3 recently I have no desire to play the game at all. Can I sell my copy of Diablo 3 or will it just be instantly added to my Battle.net account?

At this point I am over Blizzard. MoP... yeah wont be getting that. D3... will be getting it, dont want it.

OP, you will not be able to sell or gift your free copy of D3 as it is bound to your particular battle.net account as it stated it would be when you signed up for the annual pass.

^^ This, it's a digital copy automatically associated with the account that signed up for it.

And since this thread seems to be going in entirely too many directions away from the thread topic, I'll be locking this now.
