I just lost No-Kaled before teh instance reset

Because people trolled. They deliberately chose to NOT roll so that everybody lost their weapons. Even me. And it's bit of a far reach to claim it as my own, but I was one of two who could roll on it, and the other rogue left the raid after seeing the loot. There was no enhancement shaman there to roll against me.

I was the only one that could roll on it, hence I would win it. But I didn't get it. The roll never happened either, but I am still saved to the Madness of Deathwing encounter. That means I do NOT get a 2nd chance at rolling for it. This sort of stings as it is so incredibly good for combat and I am always looking to improve my dps.

So I am asking you this, forum, can the GM give me this item regardless of the roll never happening, despite I being the only one who could roll on it? Note that I am saved to the fight aswell.
