Why does Blizzard do nothing about win traders?

I reported an obvious win trade team months ago and they are still sitting rank 1/2.. I cant post the team because its against Blizzard terms so just check vindication 2v2 for example.

151-162 win loss is all i have to say tbh.

But back to my main point, if Blizzard does nothing about win trading surely more and more teams will do it?

Look at Starcraft 1 for example the ladder system on was abused by bots Blizzard did nothing and it broke the ladder system.

Has anyone actually reported a win trading team and seen it removed? Surely there is something we can do to stop this?

We take all forms of exploitation very seriously and we do act upon it. The thing is, we have a very strict policy of not discussing our consequential actions; for legal reasons it's always kept between us and the parties involved. This means that even though we do act against those that exploit you'll likely never hear about it. :)
