RBG que times

bliz please can you take a look at your rbg ques, we have all opened tickets and ur gm's are telling us there are no problems and its because not many people queing. but we have spoken to a horde team at same mmr as us that have been queing at same time as us. all 40+ min ques and it isnt even matching us together. your forcing us to do rbg to get max conquest so please sort the ques out. if there isnt enough people playing perhaps its time to merge some battlegroups.

A hotfix has been applied with today's maintenance that should resolve the Rated Battleground matchmaking delays. It appears that this issue resulted from a bottleneck that could occur if a team at the front of the queue was particularly difficult to match, which slowed down matchmaking across the board.

Those who are still seeing longer queue times might be experiencing a different issue. We're currently investigating a situation where teams with a large spread in their group's ratings may have a harder time finding an appropriate match.

While those teams are no longer creating a bottleneck at this point, queues may still be lengthy for them. We're planning to resolve that with an upcoming hotfix.
