Account is locked - Blue Tracker

My account is locked! i want it back. it was one day. i stoped paying wow and cancel my subscription and then, i wanted to start playing again! And it said blablabla your accouct it locked, im like WHAAAAT! i made a new acc and leveled lvl 80 and i been hacked, i want 1 of the accounts back!! HELP PLS :(
