I was looking at the talent calculator. By the looks of it, it seems like it will be better to get impending victory vs. enraged regeneration (20% health every 30 secs vs. 30% every 3 minutes) Unless they make it equivalent to the dumbed down version in prot, then I don't see why it would be bad.
