Feedback From Api Consumers Welcomed

Being apart of this Forum since its inception, the "Web & Mobile Team" has not slowed enough to ask two simple questions in summary form: "Hey, how are we doing so far?" OR "How can we make it better?"

At best, it is hopeful this post may summarize what we, as client-side API consumers, are all currently thinking & hoping for... Constructive Feedback is a wonderful tool in all forms.

Hi guys,

We appreciate the feedback and acknowledge our communication has slowed in the recent months - I think I speak for the entire team that we very much still have the desire to work with you, the community on this project - its a great joy for the engineers to have direct interaction on these forums :)

Having said that, the reality of the situation is that the team is hard at working supporting all of our games, and priorities have a habit of changing on us.

We are still doing our best to handle bugs that come up with the API, as well as handle any new features/systems that are patched in (e.g. the transmog changes that occurred as part of patch 4.3), but we can't commit to much beyond that at the moment :(

Please feel free to continue to post on here with questions and feedback - we READ these forums on a regular basis and will reply as much as we can.
