there are big things blocking my screen

there are big lines blocking my screen and i cant see through them, but I can walk through them. They are everywhere i go what should i do?

This looks like an issue we see a lot on ATI video cards. If you use one, try the following:

1. Right click on your desktop, open up Catalyst Control Center.
2. If you do not have Advanced options to begin with, make that happen.
3. In the upper right hand corner of the window, go to Options. (newer versions of CCC will have a Preferences selection instead)
4. Go down to Preferences. (skip if you're already there)
5. Select Restore Factory Defaults.
6. Try playing the game again using your usual settings.
