Lagging issues around other players.

Hello, I have been playing Wow for a few days now and it has been amazing. There was no lag for me.
However, after the latest patch I started lagging when I have other people in my screen. The lag is unbearable when i'm in Orgrimmar.
I'm not sure what the problem is, my home and world latency are only ever around 100 which isn't bad at all.

When i'm at a city that has no one in it, there is absolutely no lag for me.

Lowering the graphical settings mentioned are all good ideas. If you're still seeing performance issues after trying those steps, please provide some information on your system.

You can find this information in the Direct X Diagnostic Tool:

Click on Start
Click on Run
Type in: dxdiag (In Vista, type dxdiag in the search field)
Hit Enter or OK

Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the dxdiag file into your reply.
