So I accidentally deleted my pally that had heirloom shoulders on. how do i get them back? Thank you.

I'm afraid that while you're not in a position to recover the item yourself, Funnyduck, our Game Masters would be quite happy to investigate for you!

As the others have already recommended, you will want to submit an in-game petition for this kind of request. Alternatively, if you can provide us the information about which item, what character, and what realm this occurred on, you can also submit this request via our Support Site.
