Thrall is only involved in the third of the five-player dungeons. You escort him in Hour of Twilight as he carries the Dragon Soul to Wyrmrest Temple to meet with the Dragon Aspects.

Has anyone seen anything about with item level we will need to be to enter? The ICC 5 mans needed 232 which was ToC 10 level, will we really need full T11 to enter?

That hasn't been definitely determined yet, so we decided to omit such details from these previews. We'll let you know about item levels and where the 4.3 dungeons fit in with the Dungeon Finder once the details are locked down. ;)
