The Quagmire - Blue Tracker

Now as u may have noticed there is a spot called the quagmire in dustwallow marsh , and most likely u have seen the shape of dustwallow looks like the cartoon character Quagmire(in case u don't http://skalbunk.deviantart.com/art/Quagmire-in-World-of-Warcraft-62069172 , copy and pase the link into a new tab).

Now i'd liek to ask, is this a refrence to the Q-man or just a amazing coincidence?

wowwiki.com has nothing to say about the case, so this is probably the only place i am able to get to know for sure!

Oh and btw: who else but Quagmire,He's Quagmire, Quagmire, you really don't know what he's gonna do next, he's quagmire, quagmire: Giggity Giggity Goo!!

This comment actually made me look for an article or two about humans often drawing lines and connections where there otherwise would be no logical connection. As it happens, I ended up reading two rather interesting articles, and figured to share them for those interested:

But I think it's just more likely the OP didn't know what a quagmire was.
