Players who participate in at least 50 rated Arena Pass games on one character and with the same team during the last four weeks of the online qualifier will be eligible for the Armored Murloc pet for their live characters.

All you need to do is take part in 50 during the 4 weeks mentioned, win or lose, on the same character and all in the same team. The pet is account bound and mailed to all characters on the account that signed up, I believe.
