Ptr problems.

I try to download the ptr but nothing seems to work. I click on PC it brings me to the media of the new website, then i try mac it does the same thing.

There currently is no PTR. If you have downloaded a PTR client, it would be for the previous PTR. Any website links in the previous PTR would likely be pointing to the old site. When they try to connect there, they will be redirected to the default page on the new site.

Once we have a new PTR released, we'll try to make sure the links are working in the new client.
