I keep going up in numbers on Queue

So I have a friend whos b-day is coming up and am buying them the Windrider pet + plushy. I log on and I start at 67000th in queue, ok I said, they released the mount it'll take awhile.

I'm currently 72,000th....

Just a question, is it normal to well... climb to the back of the line in a queue? O_o

I've heard this is normally a browser issue caused by not allow cookies as they're used to track queue position. I'd recommend ensuring cookies are turned on, and/or try another browser.
