"You have been disconnected from the server"

Keep getting this after i try to log in. When I click "enter world" the bar fully loads before message reads "you have been disconnected from the server". Am able to sign on other characters with no problems. Anyone else having same issue?

Allahakbah,

Can you supply us with your DXDIAG information so we can take a closer look at your system?

    Click on Start
    Click on Run
    Type in: dxdiag (In Vista/7, type dxdiag in the search field)
    Hit Enter or OK

    Click on the Save All Information button at the bottom, and create a dxdiag text file, and copy and paste the dxdiag file (you do not need to post the "DirectX Components" or "DirectShow Filters" sections).
