Help with a pixel issue

Probably not the best forum to post this, but i would like to know what this is:

its sitting at the bottom of my screen (i took the picture sideways) a bunch of dark gray pixels and a few multi-coloured ones

are the pixels dead, stuck or what? i have no idea

If it never goes away no matter what's on the screen, I'd also say it's probably the monitor.

If it never goes away no matter what's on the screen, I'd also say it's probably the monitor.
