API key registration update

Just as a quick update to address our current backlog of API registration requests - with the decommissioning of wowarmory.com coming up on 8/2, we're going to make a final pass at our queue of registration requests on Monday 8/1, and do our best to get them serviced.

I've been sending out API keys this morning and will continue to do so this afternoon. Please be aware that the batch of keys distributed today will not be usable until we perform a brief API maintenance, currently scheduled for later this afternoon around 5:00 pm PDT.
