Keyboard controls messed up

Okay, one day I got onto my WoW account, and when I clicked "M" for map, I got my "smite" spell which is number 1. And so on, and so on. They are ALL messed up. I re-installed it, and the SAME thing happened. What do I do? I contacted blizzard, but they already told me to re-install it, that DIDNT work! I have the "digital" copy of the first WoW, should I just ask to get the actual disc? Maybe that would solve it? Any suggestions?
