Thank you Blizzard and your excellent customer service. Thank you for breaking my game, making it unplayable, with the disconnections every 20 seconds, and my launcher completely useless. Thank you for telling me to run repair to make everything better, then when it doesn't work, sending me to technical support forums and ingoring me. Thank you for breaking my game so bad that when I try to reinstall the whole thing, even that doesn't work. and thank you for continually ignoring a problem you caused, keep up the good work.

The ticket you put in 22 hours ago was answered by a rep. You should have received an email, but if you cannot find it for whatever reason, then you can log on to your account at us.battle.net and view the status and all responses to your support tickets.
