Remove blacklisted site now that API is up?

Hi,

I run a busy WoW fansite, and for the last 4 years I've been able to get information off of wowarmory.com but was blacklisted around 3 months ago (not sure why). Now that the new API is up, how would I go about asking to be removed from the blacklist now that I know the 3000 curl limit per day?

You should email api-support@blizzard.com. Please provide the IPs that were blacklisted and any other information you feel relevant.
