Block RATING owns

Im a bit bored and just want to start a fight really, but try argue against this:

"Block rating is the most effective way to avoid crushing blows"

We all know that with more item points to spend on stamina the less luck based a fight becomes, and crushings are what makes the raid wipe, most of the time.
