Isnt PVP armour in PVE ok?

i looked at the stats on tier 4 raid set and s1 arena gladiator set (for warriors) . looks like S1 is better if get the DPS version of the raid set. i tried to get a group for heroic ramparts but i got kicked out because i had s1. i dont get it. S1 has better stats but people want PVE armour.

any1 know how i can get PVE armour? i cant try heroics with no armour

This is a very good list of starter gear for those Warriors who has reached a point in their career when they intend to tank. :-)

It shouldn't be too hard nor take too long to get the items on this list, especially not if you get a few friends to help you.
