Do Rogues need cloak of shadow?

Well do u ? at lvl 60 it was even fight mages vs rogues, now at 70 rogues wins evry time.

i getting either killed in 2 sec, or garrotee cant blink and die right after or i get blink off but have crip posion on me and die short after.

Or just stunlocked until death.

Now i dont think u need cloak of shadow anymore.

i know rogues will say either qq or l2p.... but if u think about it u win evrytime vs locks and mages.

Please use the suggestions forum if you have ideas for ways to improve or change the game. There is no need to annoy the Rogue community by nerf calling in their class forum.
