There are some Gems included here which will be questionable by some players, but it is not always the best gem that you want, sometimes it is the easy to get gems, cheap gems, Mana regen gems, or all the gems that are yellow that could provide some bonus to you - or any combination of these, etc.
At the end of the list are some Gems which are not as ideal for Priests as other Gems would be - but i have included them for the sake of completion. Eg: If someone wanted to know all the +toStam Gems or all the +toManaRegen Gems, you will find the "not so Priestly" ones there.
