This maybe the wrong topic but i didn't know which topic to post this in. Well i have no ascess to my character `Amaazing` it gives me an error when i try login to it.

Btw i can login to every other character except this one, i love this character 'Amaazing'

Well it says this: You cannot login to this character until the process you currently instilized is completed, i dont remember instilizing any process or anything? plz try fix this i love my character

I see you are ingame now, Amaazing, so I presume this is resolved?

I see both a recent request for a faction and race change which was canceled. My first instinct is one of those was not yet canceled when you ran into this issue.

If YOU did not request those - that's a whole other can o'worms and means you need to start looking into your security.
