Blizzard, your devs really need to get their noses out of ***.
Nerfing Arcane shot is giving in to all the crybabies. We were fine since you bumped Arcane shot, now nerfing it again is TOTAL bullsh*t.
Get your act together, and Don't give in to whiners.

./had to vent my frustrations.
