Occu'thar will be available for testing during most of PTR.

Here's where you can give feedback on the 25 player version of Occu'thar, the new boss encounter in Baradin Hold.

Note that as of today, May 11, Occu'thar has too few hit points in the 25 player difficulty. This will be adjusted in a future PTR build.
