I often see people asking the same things over and over again, things that the new Druids don't know and the older Druids take for granted. Then either people go like 'noob' or 'l2p' or actually helpfull, but I'll just post a list of FACTS about Ferals to maybe help those who need.

Post if there is anything that you can add or see is wrong. The more the better, want to get it complete so have less people asking basic things so less flaming.

Commands
/console autoUnshift 1
If set to 1 it'll make you shift out of Form automatically (without the use of /cancelform)
e.g.: You are in Cat Form, you cast Healing Touch, it'll shift out automatically since Healing Touch can't be cast when in Cat Form. If it's set to 0 it won't shift out and just gives you an error that this can't be done in Cat Form.

Macro
Select the '?' icon and place #showtooltip at the start of the Macro and it'll show the spell that will be cast if you'd click it.

[stance:1] can be replaced by [form:1]
[stance:1] = (Dire) Bear Form
[stance:2] = Aquatic Form
[stance:3] = Cat Form
[stance:4] = Travel Form
[stance:5] = (Swift) Flight Form
[nostance] = Caster Form

/cast Mangle doesn't work, it's Mangle (Bear)() or Mangle (Cat)()

/cancelform is done on Client side, this means you can shift to any other Form instantly right away.

/cast !Cat Form will make you go out and back in Cat Form with 1 button press ONLY if autoUnshift is set to 1 (see above Commands), if it's set to 0 it'll only be able to shift you to Cat Form

You don't need a Stealth Bar, these 2 Macro's do the work for you:
Macro 1: /cast [stealth] Ravage; Shred
Macro 2: /cast [stealth] Pounce; Rake

Mechanics
http://druid.wikispaces.com/Druid_Game_Mechanics
Generally you can use items in Cat/Bear that don't have a Cast time and are equipped.

Adamantite Sharpening Stones / Weightstones work in Forms.

Players can't Dodge/Parry when attacked from behind.
Mobs can't Parry when attacked from behind but CAN Dodge.

Cat Form: DPS
1 Agi = 1 AP, 0.04% Crit, 0.068% Dodge, 2 Armor
1 Str = 2 AP
1 Hit rating = 0.06% Hit
3.9 Expertise rating = 1 Expertise (=0.25% Dodge and Parry reduction)
1 Critical strike rating = 0.045% Crit
14 AP = 1 dps
Heart of the Wild talents are calculated in the end.

There is no AP cap.
Your Crit cap on your Yellow dmg is 100%, on White dmg it's:
http://rikdepeuter.com/combat.php (extreme max is 75% Crit)

Agi is your priority dps-stat.

The best weapon Enchant is 35 Agility.
(the +X dmg enchant on Weapon doesn't work)

The dps of your Weapon is irrelevant in Cat/Bear Form.

Procs of Weapons don't work in Cat/Bear Form. Windfury doesn't work.

Procs of Gear WORK on your attacks.

+dmg enchant on Rings work.

You need 9% to never Miss (=142 Hit Rating) against a Boss/73

You need 6.5 Expertise to never get a Dodge (=102 Expertise Rating) against a Boss/73

Haste will only improve your White damage (=auto attacks) which is ~30-40% of your damage

Ignore Armor works on all your damage except Bleed effects (Rip & Rake)
http://rikdepeuter.com/arp.php

Ignore Armor gives you a +X% damage boost, unlike AP is just pure +X dps.

Cat Form has an innate threat reduction of -29%. Together with salvation (-30% threat) you do 49.7% of threat.

Cower is affected by the Cat Form innate threat reduction. Rank 5 only reduces threat by 831 or less with salvation.

Kitty looks cute.

Dire Bear Form: TANK
Guide: http://druid.wikispaces.com/Druid_Tanking_Guide
1 Agi = 0.04% Crit, 0.068% Dodge, 2 Armor
1 Str = 2 AP
1 Hit rating = 0.06% Hit
18.9 Dodge rating = 1% Dodge
2.4 Defence rating = 1 Defence (=0.04% Crit reduction, 0.04% chance to be Missed and 0.04% Dodge)
39.4 Resilience rating = 1% Resilience (=1% Crit reduction, 1% DoT damage reduction)
4 Expertise rating = 1 Expertise (=0.25% Dodge and Parry reduction)
1 Stam = 10 Health
14 AP = 1 dps
Heart of the Wild talents are calculated in the end.

You need 5.6% Crit reduction to be Crit-immune in PvE. Survival of the Fittest talents give you 3%, so you only need to gain 2.6% from Gear (from Defence or Resilience, they stack)
2.6% = 415 Defence

Bear Form armor multiplier (and Thick Hide talents) ONLY works on the item's their Armor. Agi, Armor kits and Armor enchants don't get multiplied.

75% Damage reduction is the Armor cap, against a Boss/73 this is 35880 Armor. Anything above this is useless.

Expertise is your best Threat-increasing stat.

Everytime a Boss parries will make his next attack to be 40% faster, some Bosses (like Gruul) gain an instant attack.

After Armor, Dodge is your best Stat to gain avoidance, however, the more Dodge you get, the more spiky your incoming damage will be.

Bears scale insanely well with Stamina.
[Stamina on gear] * 1.2 * 1.25 * 1.03 * 1.1 (BoK) * 1.05 (Tauren) = HP in Bear

(Dire) Bear Form has a innate thread modifier of +30% (100 damage = 130 threat), Talents make this to 45%.

Lacerate works against Bleed immune mobs, most of the Threat comes from the initial hit.

Idol of Terror is your best Tanking Idol for migitation.

Post if there is anything that you can add or see is wrong. The more the better, want to get it complete so have less people asking basic things so less flaming.
