I absolutely adore the idea that my mana regen will be the ONLY thing not scaling with raid buffs.. just because blizz can't figure out how to itemize boomkin hit.
Resil benefits clothies and healers the most... clearly clothies are too survivable this expansion... one global cooldown is TOO LONG to live i say!
