This may be the issue. I do not have any information on why, or if, the post you refer to was deleted. I note that this Battle.net account has previously been suspended twice for violating the Code of Conduct, and is in danger of permanently losing its posting privileges. I urge you, if you have a valid technical issue, to make a new post which follows the posting guidelines so that we may be of assistance to you.
