Public test realms

every time i open the PTR It just wont let me on it comes up with an error so i have never actually ever been on a PTR but this is the error it comes up with

Could you post the full error message? It should be be saved in the Errors folder of your PTR client's installation directory and may take multiple posts to display in full.
