Just did a quick look on the forums to see if this was noted (sorry if it was already)..

My login screen no longer has a place for the authenticator code, it just lists the account name and password and then prompts for the code on the next screen.

Anyone else have that happen?

Aye, we're aware of it and it is being looked into. I'm afraid there aren't any updates at the moment though.
