My Cursor Is Messed Up

While playing WoW, my cursor randomly gets very choppy and it either randomly goes away or I have to restart my computer. How can I fix this issue? I'd post a screen shot but I doesn't capture my cursor.

If you are using Windows 7, try the following fix:

    1. Right click anywhere on the desktop and select Screen Resolution
    2. Click on Make text and other items larger or smaller
    3. Change the size of text to Smaller - 100% (default)
    4. Apply, click on Log off now and restart

Also, go into the game options and look for the 'Hardware Cursor' under Video>Advanced. If it's on, turn it off. If it's off, turn it on.
