Some new talent changes for you

The specific rogue changes are the following:

Blade Twisting - Moved up two tiers to one column left of Weapon Expertise. Reduced to 2 ranks for 10/20% chance to proc the daze effect.
(NEW) Combat Potency - Where Blade Twisting was. 5 ranks that "Gives your successful off-hand melee attacks a 20% chance to generate 3/6/9/12/15 Energy."

Just a small bit of extra information, Combat Potency will work with Shiv as well.

The talent calculator on the BC website says it's 5% instead of 8%. Do you know if this is a typo in the tooltip or an intended change that hasn't been updated in the calculator?

I don't know, but I'll try to find out.
