Where to report a ninja?

Just to clarify what has already been said in this thread already.

Read through our ninja spotlight as this should answer the majority of questions you may have about the stance we take on "ninja looters".

If you feel that the situation you were in is something that we can assist you with, then please do raise an in-game petition and the matter will be investigated. However, keep in mind that even after investigation we may deem that the player was not "ninjaing" the item and no further action will be taken.

The timer shown is indeed the maximum time that the queue currently is and as such you may not have to wait that long. This fallacy about only answering petitions when you go offline is also false. The petition is in a queue and will be answered in turn. Should you have gone offline at this point then it will be answered while you are offline. If you are online then you should be contacted in-game.

If you have any questions about our "ninja looting" policy, then you are welcome to ask them in the spotlight. :)
