guild master being banned

our guild is stuck our guild master is banned and he doesnt now why and we cant get rid of him cause he is the guild master what do we do?

Which guild would this be, Garrus? Of the 5 I see attached to various characters on the account you are posting under here - I simply don't see this to be the case.
