How does my friend get his account back?

So my good buddys account was banned by blizzard, reason being he got boosted in dungeons by PEOPLE FROM HIS GUILD and they gave him about 100g and blizzard blames him for having payed irl money for this 'service', when he did in fact not.

So I ask, how can he get his account back? He has allready contacted customer support several times so I thought I would ask here for him.

Account and Payment department - those are capable of answering the questions you wish to ask, explain your situation to them.

The Customer Support Forum Representatives can't deal with matters regarding Bans or Payment issues on the forums for obvious reasons.

This is correct. If your friend needs clarification as to why he has been banned he will have to contact the Account and Payment support.
