Checked the log and my bags and I definitely didn't receive one
Tried requeueing for the dungeon but heart shaped box isn't there as a reward anymore

If you have not received an item you should have, then please open a ticket in game and report it. Make sure to state the name of the item and the approximate time and date this has happened so a Game Master can investigate this :)
