Unable to create characters

I have not been able to make a character or play the ones I supposedly have on their that dont show up.

Blizz I paid money for this and it worked fine last time please jsut give me a response of some sort.

I know now there are two threads but maybe ill get an answer if there is a more formal one.

You can only create 3 characters per Tournament Realm, but the same rule of having a max of 50 characters across all realms still applies. You can try deleting an unused character on another realm if you are running into this issue, but other players are definitely logging in and creating characters right now.
