Someone in my guild was just hacked.

I am one of two officers online, and everyone else is asleep. I don't have contact information for any of them outside of the game that would wake them up and get the person who was hacked to deal with what's happened to his account tonight. I have posted on the guild forum, but it's not likely anyone will see it until morning.
I've demoted all of this person's characters to a rank that can't withdraw from the guild bank any more than what has already been taken. I've also opened a ticket, explaining what happened, and when.
I still feel very useless watching this person sign on and off of my friend's different characters. The hacker left the guild with my friend's main character, and moved it to Twilight Highlands - I assume to farm for something.
Is there anything I can do to other than sit back and watch?

Aursa, I see your report.

If you have a way to contact this player, please tell them their email is compromised - these folks put an authenticator on this account. They ARE into his email.

If you could pass the information below along, that would be most helpful.

Also, adding an authenticator of his own would be another good step.
