Cata content quest - Blue Tracker

so i have hit lvl 79 and was told that at lvl 78 you could start the quest to go and do cata content quests. the quest i need is at the board in org which i have gone to many times...still cant do the quest. so i ask why not? because all my friends have started it at lvl 78 except me why is this? was there a lvl change in the quest?

It sounds like there was a tiny misunderstanding between you and your friends. At present, in order to accept the introductory quests for Hyjal and Vashj'ir, you'll need to be at least level 80. You're already level 79, though, so it looks like you'll be able to continue your journeys in the new Cataclysm zones in no time. :)
