Realm Queues, Where do we post feedback?

I had a properly presented thread discussing the massive queues on ALL the Oceania realms but 2 and it was locked.

Who do I post the feedback to? This is a serious issue! We've got 3 hour queues on all our servers but 2. And the servers themselves are still open to transfers!

And why are the North American queue discussions NOT locked without notice or warning?

Your thread was not locked because it was specifically pertaining to Oceania, Davin; it and many others were locked or deleted because the topic is already being discussed in a few other threads on the front page of this forum. Please note, however, that we've left a few similar threads open where players are welcome to share (productive) feedback.
