Let's go a bit further and expand on what Blu and Omegal said, and delete a bit more files.

The files are located in /Users/<YourName>/Library/Preferences. Here's a list of what to look for:
com.blizzard.downloader.plist
com.blizzard.Downloader.prefs
com.blizzard.errorreporter.plist
com.blizzard.Installer.plist
com.blizzard.launcher.plist
Com.blizzard.World of Warcraft.prefs
com.blizzard.World of Warcraft.survey.prefs

Let me know the results.

If you are having problems patching the game, graphic issues or are getting errors concerning corrupt data files, a repair utility exists that will check your files and replace any that may be corrupted. The Repair.app file should be located in your World of Warcraft directory. For example, it will be in Macintosh HD/Applications/World of Warcraft/World of Warcraft Repair.app.

Before you run the repair tool, delete the Blizzard folders found under Mac HD/Users/Shared/ and the Interface, Cache & WTF folders form /Applications/World of Warcraft/. Then remove the Cache folder located in Applications/World of Warcraft/Data. After these folders are removed, run the Repair Tool, then test the game.

*If your World of Warcraft Game is not patched to 4.0 or above the repair tool will not be accessible.*

We'd like to gather more information regarding this issue. Please, follow the instructions below to send us a system profile.

1. Click the Apple in the upper left hand corner and choose About this Mac.
2. Click the More Info button.
3. When the System Profiler is finished gathering its data, click File then Save As...
4. Add your name to the file name, and save it to your desktop for easy location.
5. Attach it to an email to [email protected]

Also, if you look in WoW/Logs/Errors, you'll find any crash reports that have been created. If you could attach the most recent log, that will help quite a bit. Thanks!

Keeka,

You will want to post that on the PC forums, as this forum is designed for Mac Technical Support. I, myself haven't used a PC in years and the Blues in the PC forum are awesome experts.
