A simple request achievement bugged?

The achievement a simple request, where you just do a daily every day for 5 days, doesn't work for me. If I complete a daily, either the credit won't go in the 0/5 bar, or I will get it, but lose it in 10 minutes. Anyone else have this problem?

There are definitely issues with this achievement although it is possible for some to complete it.

We're looking into the issues and hope to have a resolution. Apologies.
