Old forum bans don't work here?

Hi, I'm permabanned on the old forums but, obviously, not here. Since these forums will "become the new gathering spot", I'd suggest tying forum bans to accounts and not just forums. Else, I and other permabanned users might start trolling/spamming these forums again.

Yes, as many of you have already noticed, we've started these forums with a clean slate in regards to forum suspensions and bans :) However, we will take posting histories into account if we need to consider a future suspension.

It's pretty obvious, maybe, but we will still be carefully watching over the forums and suspending and banning as necessary. A new start might not be a very long one for some people -- but of course we hope people will try to be a bit more careful this time around. ;-)
